Kayleigh Billington was involved in a car accident on 5th November 2005 she was travelling in a car
with her mum, sister and boyfriend. Kayleigh's mum was killed and she died in hospital on 8th
November 2005 a day before her 18th birthday.
Kayleigh worked at bedford hospital in the day nursery looking after the doctors and nurses
children.
Kayleigh left behind 1 sister Amy who was only 12 at the time.
Kayleigh was a beautiful, caring and funny girl who always had a smile on her face, she was loved by
many and was popular both in and out of work.
Kayleigh had planned her 18th birthday party for the 12th November.
She had chosen to go shopping with her mum, sister and boyfriend on the 5th November 2005 to choose
her birthday gifts, as they left the retail park in Bedford they turned onto the A6, a car
travelling on the other side of the road overtook and crashed head on into the car carrying
Kayleigh and her family killing her mum and leaving Kayleigh fighting for her life.
Kayleigh was taken to Addenbrooks hospital where they fought to save her, but on the 8th November
2005 Kayleigh died a day before her 18th birthday.

i miss u so much u were the only person i could speak to we had our fights and we always laughed and then fought then laughed some more u were like a sister i feel so angry and feel so upset that i never got to say goodbye for reason still unknown but i;m glad i didn't because to me u will always be here beside me or more like me beside you i see u as what u always loved a angel i remember when we waited for your mum to make us sandwiches we listen to songs and said what we wanted at our funerals we were so young but i miss everything i wish you were here but i know your in heaven looking after ryan my boy he went as quickly as u make sure he is ok i know u would of been a great mum wife /girlfriend and u were and still are a brilliant friend, daughter, sister and niece.
you will always be in my heart and i will never say goodbye as your still are here xxxx i hope u still listen to me talking too much and smile but your really thinking shut up lol

It's been nearly four years since I last saw your beautiful face, with that gorgeous smile.
As you know I have two gorgeous girls now, with my new Fiance Mark (Yep hes also called Mark!! Confusing hey?!) I know you would have loved being here right now, and getting to know those two gorgeous girls, and you would have loved Mark.
Went to see you today and put some pink roses down, I'm missing you like mad right now, I wish my best friend was here, laughing and talking like always.
I found an old email from you yesterday, just a day before you turned into an Angel, I will be treasuring it and I love you too, please come back, I miss you soo much.
Got back in touch with Amy over Facebook, hoping to see her soon, I PROMISE I will be looking out for her and won't lose contact with her.

I am so sorry for your loss. A wonderful young life just taken away and family and friends left devastated. Life can be so unfair. I visit this site everyday as my cousin Dean O'brien was tragically taken from us on 22 Dec 07 in a car crash. He too was too young to go. He had only just turned 18 in november and had so much to live for. I send my love to all of you, i will remember Kayleigh everytime im on here xxxx
